Establece y
Juego tres: Cuento inventado. Idea
narración construida a vuestro gusto.
Enséñale a
Ayúdale a desarrollar
persona. La risa es también una buena estrategia. Juega a poner tu espalda

TEACHING
AS A CHILD TO BE HAPPY
We all know about nutrition, hygiene and exercise.
We all want to provide the best for our children without thinking that the best
gift is to offer our time and teach them to be happy with as little as
possible. But it is important to reflect on it and take it into account.
No consumerist whims them all, it means more love
them and teach them better; It does not mean that therefore happier, therefore
this article by Isabel Rosa Serrano, a psychologist, is of importance to all.
... Every time I ask in consultation with parents
what do you most want for your child? They answer: "Good health, good
education and be happy." Still, we see a gradual increase in depression in
children and adolescents not only attributable to economic reasons.
For psychology, happiness is a feeling of
satisfaction with life, a feeling associated with optimism. For folk psychology
is a concept close to hedonism. After a night in which the babé not stop mourn
pleasure is not what you feel. Sometimes educate, and grow, it is not a matter
too much fun, but we can feel very happy to be parents!
Positive psychology, the science of happiness,
prefers to speak of psychological wellbeing. He suggests that we feel good that
which helps us grow and makes us stronger. Raising children in a positive way
is a challenge that forces us to grow with them and adapt to their own
evolution. Take note of these tools:
Cultivate
emotions: The first is to listen, not deny, minimize or blame. Avoid
pronounce phrases like "I do not understand why you get like" or
"that's nonsense." Their problems are great opportunities to teach
solutions.
Positive emotions help them advance. Children are
playful and happy, explore their world. Proportional to the emotional
vocabulary to name these feelings.
Game One: The best moments. Before
going to bed, remember the three best times of day. The child and yours. If you
have a nightmare, change the script and make the dream ends with a happy
ending.
Positive
relationships: There are few positive things that are lonely. The
relationship with others is the most important measure our life satisfaction
variable. And the real or felt loneliness, one of the most disabling situations
for children and adolescents.
The ideal family should not only focus on the needs
of the child, but on the positive relationships of all its members. Encourage
your children to take the place of others to develop empathy, a key life skill.
A study by the University of Michigan confirms that
good relationships at home promote health. If you spend 20 minutes a day to
take care of health have three times that if spend on running on the treadmill.
Game Two: Fairies and Dragons. Once
the child / to be the fairy or magician representing joy. You, an angry dragon.
Alternating roles. Teaches children to manage conflict and to express different
emotions.
Set and
achieve goals: It is a great pleasure to get something you set out even if
it costs a lot of effort, right? We must encourage children to have their goals
and encourage them to learn to tolerate frustration that precedes success. It
is important not provide all the solutions to their problems. We must help them
win but also need to fail and, above all, learn to overcome. Selectively
praised their efforts. To promote cheap triumph, very expensive failures occur,
according to psychologist Seligman says.
Game Three: invented story. Idea a
story where you say a phrase and the child is another. So until the obtaining
of a narrative built to your liking.
Teach flow:
The welfare and development of talent have to do with knowing focus and flow.
Sure you've ever seen your child seem so focused that there was child. When
that happens do not talk. It is called free play and is one of the ingredients
of creativity and childhood happiness. Help him develop the silence and the
ability to be himself without interruption.
Game Four: The star. Mindfulness or
mindfulness is a calm attitude that allows us to live the present moment. We
will guide them to imagine they have a star on top of his head. A white light
coming through the head, down the arms and hands, body, legs and feet. If they
are babies, breathe slowly and deeply embraced them to hear the sound of your
breathing.
It gives
meaning to what you do: If you make your child feel part of something
bigger than himself, and his family, group, school, city, world, etc ..., you
will give a huge source of comfort and security. Game Five: Be polite.
Elephants scratch. Play with your child to give kindness. Think of something
totally unexpected and pleasant I can do for another family member and
encourage him to take him out as a personal gift to that person. Laughter is
also a good strategy. Play put your back against his hands and rascaros as do
elephants.
